01How do I know which size to order?
Our sizing guide lists body measurements in centimetres for each size from XS to 3XL. If you are between sizes, we recommend going up rather than down. The fabric has enough stretch to accommodate, and a slightly larger size will not gap or sag. If you are still unsure, send your measurements through the contact form and we will give you a specific recommendation.
02Can I return or exchange a piece if the fit is not right?
Yes. Unworn pieces in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. We ask that you do not remove the hygiene seal if you are planning to return. Exchanges for a different size are free; return shipping for a refund is at the customer's cost.
03How long does shipping take within Japan?
Orders placed before 12:00 on a business day typically ship the same day. Delivery within Japan is usually two to three business days via Yamato Transport. We send a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.
